The role holder is responsible for maintaining and developing a client portfolio aligned with our objectives, monitoring Financial and Non-Financial Risks at all times.

Responsible for providing access to new business relationships.
The role holder is responsible for getting to know all the clients in his portfolio, promoting a relationship model through a value offer for companies in the region with a personalized and differentiated service that will allow to understand and satisfy the needs of clients in a comprehensive way over time.
Responsible to achieve the budgets established for your portfolio with current clients and attracting new ones, you must manage your portfolio as well as manage, increase and make it profitable in order to position HSBC Business Banking as "The Expert Bank in Foreign Trade and International Business" The clients they will pay attention to are those with annual sales of more than 1,000 million pesos with an international focus.
Must keep all customer documents and files updated and complete in accordance with the Bank's policies, as well as keep relevant documents up to date with local and Group regulations, such as KYC (Know your Customer), Business Review (Identification of the company's potential), CAMP Alerts, View Report, etc.

Carry out the necessary procedures for processing products and services, instructing, where appropriate, the advisor you have, ensuring that said procedure is carried out within the established SLA.
Is in charge and responsible for the preparation of credit studies using their experience and knowledge of the client and the sector to which they belong to respond in a timely manner to the requests made by the client.
Ensure that operations, policies and operating procedures meet the Bank's objectives and requirements, both in the short and long term.
Read, understand, and apply the bank's main manuals: Work Instructions, Department Manual, Code of Conduct, credit manual, among others.

Requirements:

· Economic career - administrative or engineering degree.

· Intermediate knowledge of parcel delivery in Office.

· Intermediate-advanced English

· Advanced knowledge in Credit.

· Advanced knowledge in Financial Products and Services.

· Advanced knowledge of International Financial Products and Services.

· Experience in Sales of Financial Services
