Job description
Governance and Committee Memberships (membership of ExCos, Risk Management Meeting)
- Full active participation by presenting the main national commercial strategies directly with ExCos members and senior leaders per each LoB and location.
- Providing overall strategies, timeline of execution, results turn into revenue and following commitments to continue with TOI increase.
- Coordinating internal committees with GPS areas: Digital, Product, Business Management to achieve a main goal to increase revenue.
- Representation of the GPS sales team in meetings with other areas involving director and senior level members with the objective to present GPS commitment.
Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Increase the caption of new revenue through the execution of focused strategies.
- High level conversations define punctual point of actions according to the specific needs of each line of business.
- Work closely with all wholesale having a deep knowledge of the needs of each LoB to elaborate specific projects and integral proposals with other areas such as: GTRF, Payroll, FX.
- Identify focal pain points for internal/external commercial GPS process to correct them and improve fee charging process, this will directly have an effect in TOI increase, particularly in NFI.
- Managing the coordination of national commercial events to potentiate the increase attracting new clients and new operations/ services with existing clients
Leadership & Teamwork
- Surveillance of the execution through a common leadership with the rest of the VP Sales to track the main results.
- Working closely with others GPS partners and members of different areas to achieve a jointly main success in the execution of strategies.
- Promotes the teamwork and develop GPS members through constant feedback sessions.
- Tracks the team activities related to Customer Governance, ensuring the teams complies with all Regional and Local sales policies.
- Providing guidance and coaching to sales managers and team members where necessary
Functional Knowledge
- Competent knowledge of relevant products and services according to various categories of client per each line of business.
- Strategy deployment of national strategies leading and coordinating different teams and areas.
- Knowledge and analysis of the financial information provided by Business Management and product team to develop strategies to achieve the AOP income.
- Global tools such as CME (Admin client’s tool), HORIS, to follow the commercial activity of the team.
