Premier & International Analytics Manager

The Premier & International Analytics manager is responsible for generating timely, actionable insights that support strategic and commercial decision-making within the Affluent segments.
The role ensures effective monitoring of segment performance and commercial initiatives, translating analytics into clear business recommendations that strengthen customer value propositions, improve portfolio outcomes, and optimize growth strategies.
This position plays a key role in enabling leadership visibility over segment health, initiative effectiveness, and revenue drivers trough structured analytics frameworks and performance governance.
Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Segment performance monitoring
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards covering acquisition, balances, revenue contribution, product penetration and customer lifecycle metrics.
- Identify performance gaps, emerging risks, and growth opportunities through structured analytics
- Support strategic planning cycles with forward-looking insights and scenario analysis.
Commercial Initiative Tracking
- Define measurement frameworks for Affluent segment initiatives and campaigns.
- Monitor initiative performance versus targets and business case assumptions.
- Provide early performance signals and optimization recommendations to stakeholders
Proposition Effectiveness Analytics
- Assess performance of segment value propositions across products, services and engagements programs
- Analize customer behavior patterns to identify opportunities to increase share of wallet and lifetime value
- Support prioritization of proposition enhancements based on data-driven insights
- Contribute to segmentation refinement using behavioural and portfolio analytics
Data Governance & Reporting Integrity
- Ensure consistency of segments KPIs across Finance, CRM and D&A environments
- Coordinate with data teams to validate reporting accuracy and metric definitions,
- Promote automation and scalability of reporting processes
- Maintain documentation of analytics methodologies and frameworks
Functional Knowledge
Commercial Performance Measurement
- Ability to define KPIs aligned to acquisition and deepening strategies
- Experience building initiative tracking frameworks and translating results into business
- Familiarity with data modelling and performance attribution methodologies
Strategic Insight Translation
- Ability to synthesize large datasets into executive-ready insights
- Experience supporting governance committees and leadership forums
- Strong structured problem-solving capability
Data & Tools
Preferred experience includes:
- SQL, Python, or R (desirable)
- Qlik Sense, Tableau, PowerBI or equivalent visualization platforms
- Advanced Excel analytics and modeling
- CRM analytics environment
- Campaign tracking and performance masurement tools
- Intermediate English
Education
- Bachelor´s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Statistics or related field
Experience
- 5+ years in analytics, strategy, segmentation or performance management within financial services
- Proven experience developing dashboards and initiative tracking frameworks
- Exposure to customer lifecycle analytics and proposition performance evaluation
