Role purpose:

The main objective of ALM's Manager is to guarantee that INMX has unique and reliable information, in a timely manner, for correct and timely decision-making; through a single database in the institution.

Manage and generate management information for decision making regarding Assets, Liabilities and Capital.

Contribute to effective business development planning, helping to increase profitability and mitigate possible risks of the operation.

Carry out financial analysis to help us make the capital and liquidity of INMX more efficient

Main Responsibilities:

• Review and generate explanations  as second line of defense of actuarial calculations regarding SCR, Solvency Capital Requirement and Technical Reserves for the CFO and the Global CFO.

• Prepare all  financial, capital, liquidity and risk metrics including in the RAS and RAD dashboards.

• Coordinate, concentrate  and prepare pack information and minutes for ALCO and FRRF meetings, and report to Group Insurance the information.

• Participate with actuarial teams in the regulatory  Dynamic Solvency process.

• Balance sheet management (Assets, Liabilities and Capital ) to optimize the use and profitability of resources.

• Monitor and guarantee coverage of regulatory technical reserves and regulatory capital

• Prepare Risk Map of Financial Reporting, Taxes, Capital and Liquidity to report to Group Insurance.

• Prepare information for Board Meetings

• Risk Liquidity Management in accordance to FIM, including policies, contingency actions and periodic metrics.

• Prepare Capital Plan FRP, Capital Policy, Dividends payment and RoE/RoTE calculations.

• Group Reporting Analitical Review and Sensitivities

• Prepare economic and financial assumptions for the technical reserves Annual Basis Review

Requirements

  • High Capacity of Analysis
  • Interact with people from different areas
  •  90% English
  • Knowledge of the Insurance Operation
  • Capacity of Investment, Capital  knowledge
  • Regulatory CNSF Knowledge related to Capital and Liquidity Requirements, and Risk Management 
  • Actuary, Economist, Financial specialist or related carreers
