Purpose of the Position.

Overall responsibility for sales strategy and performance across HSBC Mexico’s 700+ branch network, serving all customer segments (Wealth, Premier, One, PB Payroll). Define and lead commercial frameworks that drive customer acquisition, product penetration, and revenue growth. Act as strategic partner to Head of Branch Network, translating Distribution objectives into executable branch sales strategies.

Create governance with segment and product areas to optimize branch performance. Develop tools and MIS to monitor results and drive accountability across the network.

Main Responsibilities.

  • Define and lead sales strategy for entire branch network across all segments
  • Develop and negotiate FRPs for branch network
  • Design optimal product mix by branch cluster, segment, and geography
  • Create governance committees with product areas and segments to define branch sales strategies
  • Develop MIS and performance tools to monitor branch effectiveness
  • Define incentive frameworks aligned to Distribution scorecard
  • Optimize CRM utilization across branch network to maximize lead conversion
  • Partner with Risk & Control to balance growth and quality
  • Support Head of Branch Network in achieving commercial targets
  • Drive continuous improvement through analytics and best practice deployment

Requierements.

Functional Knowledge

  • Analytical mindset with strategic thinking
  • Deep understanding of retail banking
  • Experience in sales strategy, performance management, or commercial planning
  • Strong stakeholder management and influence skills

Leadership

  • Ability to drive initiatives across large field networks
  • Strategic operator comfortable with both analysis and execution
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects
  • Technical Skills

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor´s degree required; Master´s degree preferred in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Actuarial Science or related field
  • 8+ years in Retail Banking or Commercial Strategy roles
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Advanced Excel and MS Office
  • Experience with performance analytics and reporting
