Role purpose
- The primary accountability of this role is to support Digital Marketing and Paid Media (Acquisition) programs that deliver customer and business outcomes. This includes supporting proposition development and go-to-market strategies.
- Geographical Remit is Mexico
- The role holder is accountable to the Senior Marketing Manager, Digital & Acquisition
- The role holder is responsible to drive business targets and objectives through Digital Marketing Strategies and paid media activity (on and off); strong knowledge on performance marketing is a must.
- The role holder will deliver this through the planning, implementation, reporting and optimization of Digital Acquisition activities, grounded in data insights and elevated through creativity and innovation.
- Strong knowledge of CDP platforms and 1st party data usage
- Taxonomy and tracking codes implementation
Analytics platforms usage – desirable Looker, G4 and Lytics
Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Implement the global digital advertising operations processes and strategies to support digital business growth
- Execute the agreed strategy and frameworks based on performance, competitive marketplace and industry best practices on all programs.
- Ensure global tagging measurement strategies and processes have been followed, enabling common digital measurement metrics and allowing cross-platform performance and attribution modelling.
- Implement agreed programs with key partners such as Google and Facebook
- Keep abreast of new digital marketing ideas and tactics, propose potential applications.
- Implement marketing best practices across markets to enhance performance including Agile work methodologies with key partners.
- Co-ordinate with cross functional team to optimize the end to end (E2E) digital customer journeys
Functional Knowledge
- Digital Marketing professional with understanding of latest developments in the marketing and media world
- Specific experience in key digital channels such as Search, Display, Programmatic, Social, Native, Affiliates and Aggregators
- Understand the use of data and analytics in deriving customer value
- Degree level qualification (desirable)
- Experience with full funnel media campaigns, ideally within financial services industry, highly focused on acquisition objectives
- Familiar with the operation of mar-tech for Digital acquisition and able to translate business and customer needs into tech requirements.
- Highly collaborative and familiar with Agile working methodologies
- Proven experience in using data and customer insights to drive optimization towards acquisition goals
- Proven ability to be a self-starter with energy and drive in a challenging and dynamic environment.
