Job Summary


We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Product Manager to lead the development and continuous improvement of our credit card product line. This role requires a deep understanding of commercial, technical, operational, marketing, regulatory, legal, and brand-related aspects to manage the product lifecycle from end to end. The ideal candidate is a cross-functional leader capable of driving innovation, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities


1. Lead the end-to-end development of new credit card products, from ideation through launch and post-launch enhancements.
2. Drive operational process improvements to optimize efficiency, reduce cost, and improve service levels across the credit card value chain.
3. Develop and execute customer communication strategies to ensure clear, timely, and value-driven messaging throughout the customer journey.
4. Serve as the primary point of contact (focal point) for brand partners, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders.
5. Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements, working closely with compliance and legal teams.
6. Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to position the product effectively and ensure consistency with brand identity.
7. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.
8. Monitor product performance using KPIs and metrics, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager in the credit card or broader financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of commercial, technical, operational, marketing, regulatory, and brand management aspects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) – a must.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including IT, Risk, Compliance, and Customer Service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
