Events Advisor

Role purpose

Support the management of corporate events. Administer the payment process and contracting of suppliers.

Main Activities

• Support coordination and logistics of corporate events, such as CEO Roadshows, How We Lead Conferences, Convention, etc.
• To ensure the best and more appropriate suppliers are hired according to the event.
• Support the planning of the events to obtain the best costs and results in the operation.
• Manage complex calendar
• Manage travel and expenses and ensure travel logistics align with the bank process and policies.
• Handle expenses reports, invoices, and administrative process accurately and timely.
• To manage and monitor the generation and updating of supplier contracts.
• To manage the process of payment and invoicing for the events
• To ensure and monitor contracted suppliers comply with requirements, standards and values required by the Bank for each event.

Requirements:

• Fluent English
• 3-5 years of experience in similar roles, managing budget, negotiations and vendors
• Skills: Leadership, problem solving, innovation, accountability, straegic responsability & communication
