Business Agility Senior Manager

Role purpose:
Business Agility Leads are accountable to leading the implementation and adoption of new ways of operating across the WPB Transformation Portfolio aiming to maximize value for customers and the Business, through coordinating cross-functional teams with focus on embedding tools and the Business Agility framework. Furthermore, they lead preparation and adoption efforts during the implementation phases to guarantee an appropriate commercialization of the solutions delivered.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the introduction of new ways of operating across WPB Portfolio
- Promote adoption of Agile Frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) across Business, Technology and Transformation teams
- Mobilization of teams to operate within the Business Agility model.
- Coaching teams to adopt frameworks, roles and tools related to the new ways of operating.
- Design implementation strategies for a proper change adoption of the solutions delivered from the WPB Portfolio.
- Lead change management efforts coordinating teams to execute training and internal communication plans for an appropriate adoption of audiences.
- Conduct adoption activities (surveys, focus groups, mystery shoppers, among others) that allow consolidate feedback from users related to the agile practices and its execution within teams, and based on it, raise risks & issues and implement mitigation actions accordingly.
- Leadership: The role will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams for execution and interact with Sr. Stakeholders.
Requirements
- Background in Finance, Economics, Administration,Business or related areas (master’s degree desirable)
- Knowledge of agile practices as SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, etcetera.
- Comprehensive knowledge of WPB Propositions and Channels.
- Customer journeys
- Ability to form networks and influence at multiple levels of the organization (both up and down), across different teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and problem solving / analytical skills.
- Must be a self-starter, flexible, innovative and adaptive.
- Advanced English
