Associate Relationship Manager

The Associate Relationship Manager (ARM) supports senior bankers in managing client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service. Acting as a key liaison, the ARM manages client enquiries, documentation, and portfolio monitoring to ensure compliance and client retention. The role involves analysing financial data, supporting sales objectives, and assisting in the acquisition of new clients. Core responsibilities include:
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Sales and Growth: Driving revenue by identifying cross-selling opportunities and acquiring new clients.
- Portfolio Support: Assisting in the preparation and presentation of client reviews, financial analyses, and risk assessments.
- Operational Support: Coordinating with internal departments (Risk, Compliance, Operations) to ensure timely processing of credit facilities, loans, and documentation.
- Monitoring: Overseeing account health to identify potential risks and ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: University degree in Business, Finance, Actuarial Science, or Engineering.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in banking, sales, or client relationship management.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
- Languages: Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse financial data, market trends, and client reports.
- Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
