Assessor Risk and Control
Role Purpose
The role holder is responsible for producing, consolidating, and delivering information for multiple Senior Management forums, ensuring executive reporting and dashboards are timely, consistent, and fully traceable. The role combines strong technical capability in Python and Power BI to automate data extraction, transformation and validation processes, with solid Non-Financial Risk (NFR) knowledge to accurately interpret risk metrics, controls, issues, events and remediation plans.
Acts as a key cross-functional coordination point with multiple stakeholder teams for diverse initiatives.
Principal Accountabilities:
Reporting & Dashboard:
- Develop, maintain and enhance entity-level metrics and dashboards, ensuring consistent definitions, end-to-end source traceability, and robust data-quality standards.
- Implement and sustain automation of recurring internal reports (end-to-end where applicable: extraction, transformation, validation and publication) to reduce manual effort, minimise errors, and meet reporting timelines.
Material and Key controls:
- Tracking on the control effectiveness for “Material control” and ¨Key Controls¨.
- Follow up and oversight on the control testing plans and tacking of path to effective plans,
Special Initiatives:
- Support the preparation and delivery of high-visibility, entity-level project outputs, coordinating inputs, managing dependencies and ensuring deliverables are complete, accurate and delivered on time.
- Enhance the Revision of operations done in financial markets to comply with local requirements
- Follow up on the local regulator issues.

Knowledge & Experience
Essential:
- Good understanding of risk management framework
- Proven problem-solving skills with ability to consider alternative and lateral solutions
- Highly developed communication, presentation and influencing skills set
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
- Excellent Stakeholder Management skills.
- Strong prioritisation, project management skills and client oriented.
- Self-motivated, focused, detailed oriented and able to work efficiently with deadlines.
- Knowledge on automation tools and Artificial Intelligence
Desired:
- Sound knowledge of the regulatory environment especially in the financial services sector
