We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of
Regional Change Specialist
Role purpose
The Regional Change Specialist supports the delivery of the Change Enablement process by contributing best-practice processes, methods, standards, data, and tooling across the function. The role helps drive consistent adoption of the process, ensuring Technology services meet expected service levels and operate within the risk and control framework.
Main activities:
- Lead and champion the Change Enablement process across the organisation, ensuring adherence to policies, operating instructions, procedures, and best practices.
- Assess change impacts and organisational readiness to mitigate risks effectively.
- Contribute effectively to the PIR (Post Implementation Review) process, ensuring change-related major incidents are correctly categorised.
- Drive operational improvements by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and align outcomes with business needs.
- Participate in multiple process improvement projects and initiatives aligned to overall Change Enablement goals and the deliverables of the Insight & Enablement team (focused on actionable change insights).
- Collaborate with Change Enablement peers, Business Group Integrators (BGIs), and the wider Change community to consistently improve change quality and support adoption of new initiatives delivered by the Product and Transformation team.
- Work closely with regional teams, providing expert consultancy to BGIs and stakeholders to support service improvements and new ways of working.
- Organise and lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, maintaining a forward schedule of change activity to support prioritisation, focus, and conflict management.
- Conduct and/or oversee quality analysis and evaluation of change requests, ensuring remedial actions are captured and closed before implementation.
- Understand and contribute to Management Information (MI) reporting that provides meaningful insights to stakeholders at different levels, using specific ServiceNow dashboards.
- Requirements
- Advanced level of Written and Spoken English is mandatory.
- Experience with, or a strong interest in learning and exploring, AI use cases within Change Enablement (no technical implementation required).
- Experience with governing change using the change module in ServiceNow
- Experience with DevOps, Normal, Emergency, and other change modes.
- Experience running a CAB in a large, global Banking Organization
- Experience developing and maturing key controls and performance indicators (KCIs and KPIs) and how to communicate the “so what” to many levels of audience
- Experience with Excel, PowerBi, QlikSense, and ServiceNow Performance Analytics
- ITIL certification (at least ITIL 4 – foundation, ITIL 5 desirable)
- Excellent verbal and written skills, coupled with stakeholder management up to and including C-Suite
