Product Enablement Manager, Client Connectivity
Join HSBC Global Payments Solutions (GPS) as part of our Enablement management group, within our Client Implementation team. At HSBC, our Client Connectivity team are dedicated to enhancing client experiences and driving growth through seamlessly onboarding our cutting-edge Global Payments and Liquidity Solutions.
The role of Product Enablement Manager in Client Implementation is key to shaping global and local client relationships by managing multiple payments and liquidity projects to successful completion. You’ll be at the forefront of maintaining GPS products for existing bank clients, ensuring seamless transitions, driving satisfaction, and supporting excellence.
Role responsibilities:
Provide support on maintenances required for existing bank client base, utilizing your knowledge of SME Payments, Liquidity, ERP, and Regulatory Solutions.
Coordinate Product and Channel fulfilment by ensuring that products and services are delivered in accordance with the scope outlined in the Statement of Work.
Support proactive project management methodologies and organizational design to assist in managing multiple client projects efficiently.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple regions, under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager.
Own client communication throughout the full project lifecycle and beyond on simple ETD projects. Assist in client communication throughout the project lifecycle and beyond on complex ETD projects.
Ensure internal timelines are met by coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking key deliverables, escalating appropriately and guiding alignment through regular touchpoints.
Ensure client is able to operate their accounts and services as expected, and project expectations are met before project is considered completed.
Complete the completion of internal and external project processes, including billing documents, accurately and promptly.
Own the management of fulfilment requests with documented process steps and data-driven feedback to optimize internal processes and project delivery.
Assist in streamlining documentation processes using tools like Gdocs to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
Continuously adapt to balance and prioritize different demands of the team.
Being up to date with product and technical developments to support the most appropriate customer solution.
Maintain a balanced approach to work and life, even when under pressure.
Desired Experience:
Experience in building effective client relationships and stakeholder management.
Ability to own end-to-end project management on simple ETD projects.
Detailed knowledge of GPS Products and Services.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation creation and validation processes.
Previous exposure to project management tasks or relevant qualifications is a plus.
Familiarity with design thinking principles is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Fast learner with ability to gain wide-ranging understanding of corporate customer/market requirements and end-to-end customer journeys.
Ability to manage competing deadlines effectively in real-time.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
