Being part of HSBC in France, you’ll help evolve and grow our business. You will join Global Network Banking France, which supports the French subsidiaries of HSBC’s international Corporate clients and develops dedicated expertise to drive revenue growth in line with the Group’s international strategy.

What you will do:

Working closely with Relationship Managers, you will support the management and development of relationships with international Corporate clients. You will contribute to delivering a high-quality client experience while coordinating key credit, KYC and risk-related activities and supporting the broader development of client relationships.

 

In this role you will:

  • Coordinate annual and ad hoc credit reviews, drafting key credit narratives and reviewing supporting documentation including financial information, group structures, facilities, limit utilisation, covenants, collateral and guarantees.
  • Coordinate periodic KYC/CDD reviews, including trigger events, refresh dates and prioritisation, while collecting required documentation and managing follow-up with relevant support teams.
  • Support Relationship Managers in preparing client-facing materials and presentations for meetings.
  • Contribute to client planning and reviews, working closely with product teams including Markets, Trade, Asset Management, Global Liquidity & Cash Management and Sustainable Finance.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of operational risk scenarios, KYC requirements and Group procedures relevant to Corporate clients.
  • Manage reporting and administrative follow-up across areas including guarantees, compliance, KYC and other client-related activities.

 

You should apply if you have:

  • Good commercial awareness and a client-focused mindset, with an interest in business development and delivering high-quality service to Corporate clients.
  • Good analytical and synthesis skills, with a rigorous approach to risk and compliance.
  • Knowledge of banking and financial products and services for Corporate clients, including payments, cash management, trade, credit facilities and FX hedging solutions.
  • The ability to understand and manage credit, legal, tax and Global Standards-related risks in an international environment.
  • Good organisational skills, autonomy and the ability to collaborate effectively and build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Fluent written and spoken English. Previous exposure to Corporate Relationship Management or Deputy Relationship Management would be an advantage.
