What will you do:
The compliance stewardship of ICT and regulatory matters in a period when ECB and AMF expectations should be put in place following onsite inspections (findings management and remediation plan)
The coverage of the new Regulatory Change scope within the perimeter which will mainly concern risk covered by GI RC (Finance, Risk, Legal, IT, HR…). Regulatory environment evolving with ongoing implementation of regulations to be handled by the team.
In this role you will:
Daily / periodical / spot tasks
- RC regulatory projects oversight (DORA, EU AI act, Listing act…) :
- Answer on regulatory questions and advice GI and functions (ask compliance)
- Follow-up on breaches and escalate if needed &Attendance of steercos
- Specific information on LOB compliance & Information of regulators
- Representation on industry-wide working groups on regulatory projects
- Information of management
- Following up on incidents
- Advisory to GI CIB, COO… on regulatory matters by asking Compliance tasks
- Participate in ongoing strategic projects (currently gap analysis for client asset under Titan)
- Engage with regulators when needed (AMF, ACPR)
- Contribution for GI & COO RC to regulatory reports
- Review policies with COO and GFs where required
Monthly
- Contribution for governance meetings on regulatory projects & Follow-up calls with GI departments (COO, asset operations, IT…) and GF (HR, Finance, Legal…)
- Attendance of industry-wide meetings (AFTI, AMAFI) when needed & Attendance of COO and GI meetings + GSC meetings
Annually
- Contribution to the extract for the annual information of ACPR.
- Contribution to the annual report on client asset protection (1MAR to 30MAR: preliminary meeting with auditors & 30JUN: report submission to AMF)
- Contribution to Target 2 annual self-certification & Review of Documented Programme for France when required
You should apply if you have:
- Strong analytical skills
- Solid knowledge of the financial regulatory and legal environment — particularly DORA, the EU AI Act, and the Listing Act...
- Excellent writing and summarization abilities
- Strong verbal communication skills
- You must hold the AMF certification
