We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer.

Business: Asia & Middle East Technology

Principal responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Communicate with stakeholders to resolve project delivery issues
• Present, develop, and apply program fixes for application defects
• Lead solution design for reusability and maintainability
• Break down system functions into multi-tier API layers and microservices
• Provide accurate estimates and status updates to management
• Ensure high-quality development through robust unit testing and defect management
• Provide on-call support for application incidents, including weekends and public holidays

Requirements

• 3-5 years Strong development  expertise in Java, Spring, RESTful services, API, Spring Boot, and microservice architectures
• Solid understanding of RDBMS and NoSQL databases (DB2, Postgres, MongoDB, Redis)
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud technologies (GCP, AWS, Azure)
• Strong experience with DevOps /Agile (Git, Jenkins, Nexus, Maven)
• Good understanding and experience on CI/CD / Jenkins / Selenium
• Good understanding and experience on GitHub / JIRA / MuleSoft / Docker / PCF
• Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and design thinking
