We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Real Estate Transition Manager.

In this role you will: 

    • Be part of the team that runs end -to-end management of the bank’s real estate portfolio, ensuring workplaces operate at the highest standards of functionality, safety, and employee experience.
    • Serve as the single real estate point of contact for an ongoing project, representing the function in all workstream meetings, steering committees, and cross-functional forums.
    • Champion a best-in-class workplace experience culture, driving initiatives that support employee wellbeing, productivity, and engagement.
    • Lead all real estate implications arising from the legal entity consolidation, including lease novation, assignment, or renegotiation across affected properties. 
    • Work with Estates Management and Transactions, with external legal counsel, landlords, and third-party property managers to execute lease transitions in compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations.
    • Identify and manage incremental real estate needs triggered by the transformation — including headcount restack, temporary accommodation, and space reconfigurations. Partner with Workplace Construction Management to deliver the restack and work with Real Estate Services (RES) Finance to plan, track, and manage budgets and related expenses for the project.
    • Plan and execute small-scale restack exercises to accommodate organizational changes during the ramp-up phase, minimizing business disruption Maintain a real estate risk and issues log for the project, escalating critical matters to senior leadership in a timely manner.
    • Ensure all real estate deliverables are aligned to the project’s go-live timeline, working closely with the Program Management Office.

 

To be successful you will need: 

 

  • Strong experience in corporate management, workplace, or facilities management, preferably within financial services or a regulated environment.
  • Demonstrated track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder real estate projects with significant legal or structural dimensions.
  • Strong working knowledge of lease documentation, landlord negotiations, and third-party property management in the Asia-Pacific region, with Singapore market expertise essential.
  • Experience in legal entity, M&A, or organisational transformation projects is a strong advantage. Commercially astute, with the ability to manage budgets, evaluate vendor contracts, and drive cost discipline.
  • Excellent communicator and influencer — able to present confidently to senior executives and navigate complex internal and external relationships.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities across both operational and project workstreams simultaneously.
