Position – AVP, Business Execution & Performance Management

Principal Responsibilities

The key tasks will include all or some of the following:

  • Monitor Cost for the IWPB business which includes Direct and Indirect Cost.
  • Identify areas of opportunity for reduction in cost across Channels and Products
  • Track Cost Savings initiatives on fortnightly basis
  • Drive Strategic Cost Management Initiatives, reduction in per unit cost
  • Track performance and work with Channel / Product owners to oversee the identification of opportunities to reduce costs and invest in areas which will result in increase their sales and profitability through improved targeting and best-in-class service. The role-holder should provide insightful data to enable the delivery of the business objectives in the most effective way.
  • Liaise with FIN / Strategy & Planning / Business Teams on ROP / CSP, strategic planning, etc., as guided by the IWPB COO, to draft plans and projections and drive agreement on the same across products and channels
  • Maintain strong relationships with key partners - Marketing, Finance, BI, Analytics and Information Management teams, at a country, Regional and Group level
  • Tracking of Vendor Management for IWPB across all Products and Channels.
  • Network Optimization
  • Accountable for any other project which is assigned from time to time 

 

Qualifications

  • Graduate / Postgraduate with minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience or CA / MBA with minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience
  • Strong logical, analytical, conceptual, problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Should be a team player with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, word) skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 

Pro-tip : Familiarity with AI-enabled tools is an advantage.
