Retail Banking and Wealth (RBW) Business Risk Management, Fraud and Credit Control - Credit Control Services
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Lending Manager (Secured).
Principal responsibilities
- Assess, approve and review loan applications in accordance with the Bank’s retail lending policies and collaborate with business units to facilitate and monitor the approval process
- Develop and maintain a close relationship with counterparts
- Keep abreast of the market changes to ensure the competitiveness of our products / services
- Assist in the review of lending policies and guidelines as well as participate in product development, service enhancement and other ad hoc projects
Requirements
- University degree in a related discipline OR other relevant qualification
- Experience in consumer lending within banking industry
- Knowledge of Hong Kong property market with understanding of HASE mortgage operations is an advantage
- Strong business sense with good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Resilient, capable to work effectively and responsibly in a dynamic environment
- Ability to embrace change and overcome challenges
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
- Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Lending Officer
