We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as Manager Fraud Operations Investigations.

 

In this role you will:

  • Investigate fraud cases and compile investigation reports to provide findings and identify potential control weaknesses, ensuring all regulatory, management and high-level reports, presentations and documents are accurate, properly scoped and completed within established time frames
  • Mitigate the identified fraud risk, track the response, and ensure appropriate governance
  • Personally, provides the subject matter expertise necessary to inform the work of other parts of Fraud, including but not limited to innovations in analytics, identification of typologies, policies and procedures, the engagement strategy, training, and a potentially more effective and efficient regulatory landscape
  • Liaise with law enforcement agencies and conduct follow up actions in response to their requests
  • Support in locally deploy the globally defined processes and procedures that ensure the effective execution of fraud controls
  • Support to drive and execute the implementation of effective fraud mitigation strategies and controls for RB&W
  • Responsible to provide advice and guidance on the new fraud controls or adjustment of existing fraud controls
  • Responsible to provide fraud management advice to Line of Business including branch network, contact centre, customer relation and other RB&W units
  • Prepare MI to support management oversight and reporting in governance meetings

 

To be successful you will need:

  • Degree holder or above
  • Strong communication, and excellent oral and writing skills in both English and Chinese
  • Have experience in working with controls that manage fraud risk will be an advantage
  • Be able to handle multi-tasks independently
  • Possess strong logical and analytical skills in problem solving
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
