We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend service using Java / Python
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to deliver high-quality products
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Participate in code reviews and team meetings

Requirements

• Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and RESTful API development.
• Able to independently deliver backend APIs end to end, including development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
• Proficient in SQL databases, NoSQL technologies, persistence frameworks such as JPA/Hibernate or MyBatis, and Linux/Shell scripting.
• Familiar with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps delivery processes.
• Good understanding of API security, performance optimization, distributed systems, and troubleshooting production issues.
• Familiarity with Python and ETL/data processing workflows is preferred.
• Skilled in AI-assisted development tools for code generation, testing, debugging, and documentation; AI/LLM API integration experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Good command of written and spoken English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and support activities outside regular business hours as needed.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt to new technologies, and apply AI responsibly to improve engineering outcomes.
