We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities:

• Deliver front-end development and componentisation (page/template/component development, front-end engineering practices, performance optimisation and maintainability improvements).
• Develop high-quality HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript front-end components with strong engineering discipline.
• Practical project experience with mainstream front-end framework React, understand component-based development mode.
• Hands-on experience writing front- end unit test & UI test cases, understand test-driven development concept.
• Participate in enterprise migration program (re-platform/re-factor), including cutover preparation and risk mitigation.
• Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and indexing strategies; support performance troubleshooting.
• Engineering leader who drives teams to deliver projects forward and ship on schedule.

Knowledge & Experience/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Good knowledge of RESTful API integration; able to complete joint debugging with backend service.
• Familiar with muti-functional teams including QA, backend and product.
• Possess practical experience in IT solution development and implementation.
• Have relevant experience of system test, user acceptance test, and implementation support.
• Be adaptable to English based working environment.
• Cooperate with global infrastructure and engineering teams for solution construction and incident management.

What additional skills will be good to have?

• Knowledge on tools and software including Docker, OpenAI, Jenkins.
• Experience of working in a DevOps focused environment and working in an Agile Team.
• Able to work independently and effectively under pressure.
• Ability to rapidly learn new concept, business models, and technologies.
• Own strong problem-solving ability and cross-party communication skills.
• Self-motivated, good at time management, able to work independently and in teams under pressure.
