•    Engineer features from CRM and behavioural signals (e.g., digital journeys, RM activities, campaign responses) to improve model performance and interpretability.

•    Build and iterate prototypes using Python/SQL and relevant tooling; create decision-ready dashboards and monitoring views in Looker.

•    Partner with CRM, product and Business stakeholders to define use cases, success metrics and test-and-learn approaches (e.g., A/B testing, champion–challenger).

•    Communicate modelling approach, assumptions, limitations and outcomes clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

•    Translate insights into actionable recommendations and implementation-ready artefacts (e.g., scoring outputs, business rules, playbooks, targeting lists).

•    Drive continuous improvement through automation and modern tooling (including AI/LLM-enabled approaches where appropriate) to streamline analysis and delivery.

•    Maintain strong engineering discipline (version control, documentation, reproducibility) and contribute to shared code assets.

Requirements

6+ years’ experience in banking analytics/data science, with a structured and well-organised approach to delivery.

•      Strong understanding of CMB products and operating model, with particular depth in CRM and customer engagement processes.

•      Advanced Python and SQL skills, with proven experience analysing large datasets and performing complex statistical analysis.

•      Demonstrated end-to-end delivery experience (development through implementation) in at least one of the following: recommendation/next-best-action, customer propensity modelling, uplift modelling, NLP/NLU, social network analysis, or path analysis (e.g., browsing behaviour or geolocation).

•      Strong working knowledge of GCP services and analytics tooling; solid understanding of Hadoop concepts and ecosystem.

•      Proven track record of converting data into insights and delivering measurable business impact (e.g., conversion uplift, increased product penetration, improved RM productivity).

•      Strong stakeholder management, presentation and communication skills.

•      Active GitHub contributor (or equivalent evidence of strong version control and collaborative coding practices).

•      Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Mandarin and English.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.

Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
