We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Data Management Support Manager

 

In this role, you will be:

  • Lead and manage the Data Management Support team, ensuring seamless delivery of data ingestion, quality, and support across multiple platforms.
  • Oversee capital markets operations tasks including client onboarding, account setup, benchmarks monitoring, fund and securities setup, and portfolio risk management.
  • Develop and implement robust data management processes, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders, including fund managers, analysts, production support staff, and external vendors.
  • Drive continuous improvement in data quality measurement, remediation, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with data providers to resolve issues and optimize service delivery.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Support strategic planning and decision-making by providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
  • Ensure accurate and complete outputs, processes, systems, and communications as an integral part of delivery.
  • Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring frameworks are implemented and maintained.

 

To be successful you will be:

  • Graduation with 8–12 years’ experience in asset/investment management, with significant exposure to capital markets operations.
  • Proven track record in client onboarding, account setup, benchmarks fund and securities setup, and risk management.
  • Strong technical skills in data management, including proficiency in SQL and familiarity with front-office tools and systems (decision support tools, databases).
  • Effective people management and leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and developing teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in vendor management and resolving data-related issues with external partners.
