We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer.

Principal responsibilities

•  Capture, analyze, document business requirements and develop, implement IT solutions using Java, Spring Boot, SSM and SSH.

•  Develop and ship new features and functions for IT products and services.

•  Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables during system implementation.

•  Collaborate with key stakeholders on the creation of business cases, solutions and/or changes, whilst effectively and managing resources and cost

•  Collaborate with IT teams on business requirement delivery and implementation on time on budget utilizing Agile practices/methods

•  Quality Management and Control: Reduce technical risk / debt in solution proposal, system design and implementation

• Maintain effective and good relationship between the business and the IT Project team, managing appropriate business expectations and negotiating compromise where appropriate.

Knowledge & Experience/Qualifications 

•  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.

• Strong understanding of Software development lifecycle and iterative style of application development

•  Familarity with programming languages and tooling including Java, Spring Boot, SSM and SSH.

•  Experience in domain of business analysis is seen as preferable

• Experience in leading and supporting IT software delivery projects utilizing Agile/DevOps methodologies.

•  Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills in converting the business vision to IT solutions.

•  Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills

•  Excellent communication and teamwork skills; able to work effectively in a global team.
