We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer.

Principal responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement state‑of‑the‑art AI solutions—with an emphasis on LLMs and generative AI techniques. 
• Lead R&D efforts to enhance the KMS’s AI capabilities, primarily using Python and relevant ML frameworks. 
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and support teams to ensure seamless delivery and integration. 
• Analyze user needs with project partners and translate them into advanced, viable AI/ML technical solutions. 
• Mentor junior developers and share technical knowledge on advanced AI topics within the team. 
• Prepare technical documentation, support compliance/audit processes, and participate in Agile/DevOps improvements.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. 
• Solid AI/ML research and development experience (demonstrated via advanced academic work or industry projects). 
• Proficiency in Python and deep hands‑on experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch). 
• Deep, practical understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), multimodal models, and generative AI. 
• Strong interest and foundation in building Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and exploring Agentic AI designs. 
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, strong English communication (written and spoken), self‑motivation, adaptability, and familiarity with multinational corporate workflows.
