We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer.

Business: HASE Technology

Principal responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and provide IT solutions to meet business requirements

• Lead system development projects aligning with the Agile@HSBC project management framework.

• Schedule and deliver system solutions in accordance with relevant business requirements.

• Work closely with software engineers and developers, to ensure the delivered projects/ solutions can meet the budget, time-line, and quality objectives in alignment with business strategy.

• Provide proactive consultancy to business users in formulating system solutions that can help business to capture revenue growth, improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

• Provide system support of business applications and resolve problems that may occur during business hours and non-business hours

• Maintain a good working relationship with users

• Work closely with HSBC business and IT parties to meet business objectives

Requirements

•    More than 4 years on Java development

•    Proficient with Spring, Springboot, Maven

•    Familer with Kubernete, Docker, CICD, GIT

•    Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills

•    Proactive, self-motivated, independent working ability, high sense of responsibility
