We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities
- Coach and enable agile delivery across squads: ceremonies, team norms, agile mindset, and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate key forums (planning, daily stand-ups, refinement, reviews, retrospectives) to keep work transparent, prioritised and outcome-focused.
- Improve flow and predictability: manage bottlenecks, dependencies, WIP, and cycle time; promote small-batch delivery and iterative release.
- Support product execution: partner with Product Owners to improve backlog quality, user story slicing, acceptance criteria, and release planning.
- Drive dependency and stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, Ops and external teams; make escalation paths clear and effective.
- Embed quality and operational readiness into delivery: definition of ready/done, non-functional requirements, documentation, release readiness and production support expectations.
- Build high-performing teams: coaching on collaboration, ownership, accountability, psychological safety, and constructive ways to handle conflict.
- Champion continuous improvement and share practices across the wider organisation (communities of practice, playbooks, Show & Tell).
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Agile Lead / Scrum Master / Delivery Lead in a technology delivery environment.
- Strong knowledge of agile frameworks and practices (Scrum/Kanban) and pragmatic application in complex organisations.
- Experience managing cross-team dependencies and driving delivery across multiple stakeholders and geographies.
- Comfortable using delivery tools and reporting: Jira/Confluence (or equivalent), dashboards and lightweight status reporting.
- Working knowledge of DevOps and modern software delivery concepts (CI/CD, observability, incident learnings, shift-left quality).
- Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge constructively.
- Experience operating in environments with governance, risk and compliance requirements (banking/financial services strongly preferred).
- Fluent business English; Mandarin is a plus depending on team setup.
