We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities

Agile delivery & facilitation

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-up, sprint planning, refinement, review, retrospective).
  • Support Product Owner in backlog health (readiness, prioritisation, clear acceptance criteria).

Impediment removal & flow optimisation

  • Identify, track, and remove impediments; escalate effectively when needed.
  • Improve team flow using metrics (velocity, cycle time, throughput, burn-down/up) and actionable insights.
  • Drive continuous improvement actions from retrospectives to measurable results.

Stakeholder & dependency management

  • Manage cross-team dependencies, align on timelines and integration points.
  • Communicate delivery status, risks, and mitigation plans clearly to stakeholders.

 

Requirements

Experience

  • Solid experience as in Agile delivery roles and Scrum Master (or equivalent).
  • Wealth/investment product domain knowledge is an advantage.

Agile mastery

  • Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile practices; able to coach teams beyond “ceremony running”.
  • Hands-on experience improving delivery performance using metrics and root-cause analysis.

Tools & ways of working

  • Proficient with Jira/Confluence (or similar); comfortable with dashboards and reporting.
  • Experience working with distributed teams across locations/time zones.

Communication

  • Strong facilitation, conflict de-escalation, and stakeholder management skills.

Mindset

  • Ownership, resilience, and a practical “get it done” approach while maintaining quality and controls.
  • Inclusive leadership style that values different perspectives and helps teams succeed together.
