We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

Business: CTO Data Technology

Principal responsibilities

• Conduct research and development of AI/ML models and algorithms to support the bank's internal products.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities for AI/ML integration.
• Analyze large datasets to extract insights and drive data-informed decision-making.
• Develop and validate predictive models to improve product features and performance.
• Create data pipelines and workflows to ensure efficient data processing and model deployment.
• Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies.
• Communicate findings and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Contribute to a culture of innovation by sharing knowledge and best practices with team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or above in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience (2+ years) in data science or a related field, with a focus on AI/ML applications.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and familiarity with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
• Understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn) and data visualization tools (e.g., Qilk, Looker).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex datasets.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly and concisely.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
