We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Business Analyst.

 

Principal responsibilities:
• Work closely with stakeholders from Supply Chain Finance (product owner, delivery lead, developers, transformation team, testers) as part of projects
• Use a range of analysis techniques and methodologies, be responsible for collecting, understanding and documenting business requirements and translating these into IT requirements, user stories
• Contribute to the definition of solution design and support engineering teams throughout the design and build
• Participate in the system testing to understand if its working as per design or identify improvements to the user journeys, and in defect analysis
• Work as an integral part of global cross functional project teams, contributing analysis skills through all phases of the project lifecycle
• Facilitate cooperation and coordinating efforts of multiple IT and business teams involved in project delivery.

 

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Business / Solution Analyst, gathering requirements and defining IT solutions within projects
• Strong experience of MS Office (typically; Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and JIRA/Confluence (or similar).
• Strong experience with writing Use Cases, User Stories and Acceptance Test scenarios OR Strong usability requirements analysis, process maps, UI Mockups, Wire Frames and Prototypes.
• Hands-on attitude for various software delivery process elements if needed (such as testing, direct release preparation).
• Experience with Agile (ideally Scrum or SAFe).
• Strong analytical, documentation and verbal communication skills in English.
• Takes complete ownership of delivery of front to back complex functional changes.
• Maintain strong relations with business stakeholders.
• Removes blockers and creates pathways during times of uncertainty to ensure resilience.
• Experience in trade finance technology processes and tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong logical thinking.
• Strong Stakeholder management.
