The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Software Delivery Lead to drive the successful delivery of our AI solutions. In this senior role, you will be responsible for leading the agile software development process, ensuring high-quality delivery, and managing relationships with key stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI products that meet our business objectives and user needs. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability within the delivery team. 

What you’ll do:

• Agile Leadership: Champion agile principles and practices across the team, facilitating ceremonies, removing blockers, and driving continuous improvement.
• Delivery Management: Oversee end-to-end delivery of AI software solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, effectively managing expectations, gathering requirements, and providing regular updates on progress and risks.
• Solution Exploration: Lead and facilitate the exploration and evaluation of innovative solutions and technologies to solve business challenges and drive product evolution.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks, ensuring proactive management of dependencies and issues.
• Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize software delivery processes, leveraging metrics and feedback to enhance team effectiveness.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, AI engineers, DevOps engineers, and other departments to align on priorities, scope, and deliverables.
• Reporting: Maintain transparent reporting on delivery status, velocity, and performance to support data-driven decision-making.

What you will need to succeed in the role: 

• 10+ years of experience in software delivery or development, with proven leadership in agile environments.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and practical experience implementing agile at scale.
• Delivery Management: Demonstrated experience managing complex software delivery projects, preferably in AI or data-driven domains.
• Knowledge of AI Models: Strong understanding of generative AI models, RAG, and AI agents, with practical experience in implementing these technologies in real-world applications..
• DevOps Engineering: Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Solution Exploration: Proven ability to lead solution exploration activities, including evaluating emerging technologies, prototyping, and driving innovation.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Strong ability to engage, influence, and manage diverse stakeholders, balancing technical and business priorities.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving delivery challenges.
• Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of modern software engineering practices, including version control and testing frameworks.
• Leadership: Experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and growth.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovative environment with evolving requirements.
