We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Business Analyst.

 

Business: CIB HBEU Technology 

 

Principal responsibilities

• To ensure successful delivery with high quality for IT changes, participants in deliveries within or across Agile teams.

• Collaborate with business owners and stakeholders to analyze requirements, define business needs, and provide workable solutions.

• Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.

• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding.

• Support Agile teams in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and prioritization of work.

• Ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices, driving continuous improvement within the team.

• Provide cost estimation and delivery timelines for proposed solutions.

• Identify risks and dependencies, working proactively to mitigate them.

• Support testing/production issues and validation efforts to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

• Facilitate stakeholder reviews and presentations to ensure alignment and buy-in.

 

Qualifications  

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, computer science, or a related field.

• 5 –10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with strong expertise in Agile ways of working.

• Proficient in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.

• Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.

• Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

 

What additional skills will be good to have?

• Leadership and facilitation skills.

• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.

• Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
