We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Graduate Programme Manager.

Principal responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Analyst and Associate programmes, including onboarding, induction, learning, performance reviews, reward, promotion and mobility, ensuring a positive candidate and colleague experience.
  • Own annual and interim performance and compensation cycles, ensuring accurate data, clear governance, timely calibration and promotion outcomes, and completion of all documentation and approvals.
  • Enable career development and internal mobility for junior talent through coaching, rotations (where applicable) and partnership with Recruitment and business stakeholders.
  • Support workforce planning for junior cohorts, including roll-off planning into roles aligned to business demand and colleague development objectives.
  • Drive engagement and retention through regular cohort touchpoints, feedback sessions and morale monitoring; manage offboarding, exit interviews and attrition analysis to deliver improvement actions.
  • Strengthen manager capability by embedding best practices in goal setting, feedback, performance support, inclusion and wellbeing, collaborating with HR, Legal and Employee Relations as needed.
  • Use MI and analytics to identify trends (performance, mobility, engagement, retention) and provide actionable insights to senior leadership, maintaining strong data governance across HR systems and trackers.
  • Deliver programme initiatives and communications (newsletters, cohort updates, networking/community events), support global emerging talent workstreams, and ensure compliance (including immigration where applicable) with robust audit trails.

 

Requirements

  • Extensive experience delivering Early Careers/Emerging Talent programmes (Analyst/Associate/Graduate/Intern), including end-to-end design or redesign for cohorts of 300+.
  • Proven programme delivery within Operations or Technology, ideally in Global Capability Centres (or equivalent environments).
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence outcomes in a matrix organisation and facilitate business discussions in fluent English.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capability; able to translate strategy into practical delivery and drive continuous improvement and transformation.
  • Strong capability with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools, alongside experience using HR systems/databases with high attention to data accuracy and governance; (preferred) exposure to performance, reward, promotion and employee relations processes.
