We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Business: Hong Kong Technology

Principal responsibilities

• Analyse business needs and current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend viable IT solutions, process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Design, develop and implement workflow, automation and integration solutions in line with established standards, processes and best practices.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications, including process controls and operating models.
• Build and support integrations between applications and services using Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and enterprise data sources.
• Use data and reporting to monitor process performance, identify issues and support informed decision-making.
• Produce clear and maintainable solution documentation to ensure traceability and smooth implementation across local and regional sites.
• Collaborate with business, technology and cross-POD teams to deliver process transformation initiatives on time, while providing technical guidance and reviewing design decisions.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of workflow design, process analysis, and automation principles.
• Experience in Business Process Management (BPM), workflow orchestration, or similar process transformation work.
• Ability to translate operational needs into clear technical requirements and solution designs.
• Knowledge of Application Programming Interface (API) integrations and enterprise system connectivity.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills, including KPI tracking and trend analysis.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business teams.
• Ability to balance process improvement, delivery priorities, and governance requirements.
