We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

 

Business: CTO Data Technology

 

 

Principal responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery governance across BAU, RTB, change, platform evergreening, Cyber, control and audit-related activities.

• Support ITPM and Scrum Master activities, including planning, progress tracking, dependency management, meeting coordination and delivery reporting.

• Perform SQM-related coordination to support service quality, operational stability, incident follow-up and service improvement actions.

• Coordinate ITSO-related actions, control evidence, audit follow-up, risk items and application governance activities.

• Maintain visibility of key delivery, control, Cyber, platform and service risks, and support timely escalation / closure.

• Work with business, Cyber, platform, architecture, production support and application teams to align expectations, actions and ownership.

• Support department management and strategic initiatives where delivery assurance, service quality or controls coordination is required.

 

Requirements

• Experience in application delivery governance, PMO, Scrum Master / delivery coordination, SQM, ITSO-related support and controls coordination.

• Good understanding of banking application governance, service quality, operational risk, audit / control expectations and stakeholder management.

• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and convert unclear asks into structured actions, owners, timelines and evidence.

• Strong organisational discipline, communication skills and ability to manage competing priorities across BAU and change activities.

• Experience supporting legacy applications or regulated technology services where service continuity and control posture are critical.

• Understanding of TRCB, operational resilience, controls management and service quality expectations in a technology environment.
