We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

 

Business: CTO Data Technology

 

Principal responsibilities

·Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review and Retrospective.

·Coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles and continuously improve team maturity and delivery effectiveness.

·Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points and strategic priorities.

·Conduct analysis and docum·entation of business requirements, user journeys and system/process impacts.

·Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications.

·Partner with Product Owner and delivery teams to prioritize backlog items based on business value and dependencies.

·Identify delivery risks, impediments and blockers; drive timely resolution and escalation where required.

·Support UAT planning, test scenario definition and quality assurance alignment with business expectations.

·Track and report sprint and release metrics (velocity, burn-down, cycle time, delivery predictability, quality indicators).

·Build and maintain strong communication channels across business and technical teams to ensure transparency and alignment.

·Identify opportunities for process optimization and propose practical, data-driven improvements.

·Support change management, user enablement and post-implementation adoption activities.

·Own end-to-end project management activities including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/control and closure.

·Define and manage project scope, timeline, milestones, resource plan and budget to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.

·Establish and maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), governance cadence and escalation framework.

·Drive cross-team/vendor coordination and dependency management across technology, operations and business units.

·Prepare management reporting and steering committee updates on project health, delivery progress and decision points.

·Ensure compliance with organizational standards, SDLC controls and audit/regulatory requirements where applicable.

·Manage release readiness and implementation planning, including cutover, communication and post-go-live stabilization.

·Support benefits tracking and realization against approved business case/objectives.

 

Requirements

  • University degree or above, with 10+ years of relevant experience in technology/digital delivery, including proven success in Scrum Master, Business Analyst, Project Manager, or hybrid roles.
  • Strong command of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid), with the ability to apply the right approach based on project context and complexity.
  • Solid hands-on capability in requirement elicitation, process mapping, user story writing, and acceptance criteria definition, demonstrated by improved requirement quality (fewer ambiguities, reduced rework, higher UAT pass rate).
  • Practical experience in end-to-end project planning, dependency management, resource planning, and budget tracking, with a track record of on-time milestone delivery and budget adherence.
  • Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders and maintain effective alignment across business and technical teams under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, while maintaining high attention to detail and balancing strategic priorities with tactical execution.
  • Proficiency with delivery and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Office, Power BI, MS Project) to support transparent planning, tracking, and governance reporting.
  • Proven capability in governance and control practices, including RAID management, risk/issue escalation, and senior stakeholder/SteerCo communication, with timely resolution of blockers and dependencies.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and commitment to quality and continuous improvement, evidenced by improved sprint/release predictability (stable velocity, healthy burn-down, reduced spillover) and measurable process optimization outcomes.
  • Ability to build trust-based stakeholder relationships and drive positive business impact, reflected through strong stakeholder feedback and sustained post-delivery performance improvements.
