We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities
- Lead the development of complex and scalable frontend applications using modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Design and implement reusable, maintainable, and efficient UI components and libraries.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs and deliver pixel-perfect implementations.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth interactions across devices and browsers.
- Work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and sharing best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies, frameworks, and trends, and advocate for their adoption when appropriate.
- Contribute to the architecture and technical direction of the frontend codebase.
- Ensure the security, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility of web applications.
- Write and maintain technical documentation for frontend systems and components.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience:
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
- Proven experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Deep understanding of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX, Zustand, or Context API).
- Experience with frontend build tools and bundlers (e.g., Webpack, Vite, Rollup).
- Familiarity with TypeScript and its application in large-scale projects.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL integration.
- Expertise in frontend performance optimization techniques.
- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- A passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- Bonus Skills:
- Experience with server-side rendering (e.g., Next.js, Nuxt.js).
- Knowledge of micro-frontend architecture.
- Familiarity with WebAssembly or WebRTC.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of personal projects.
