We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

 

Principal responsibilities

•  Create visually appealing and user-friendly interface designs that align with brand guidelines.

•  Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and user flows.

•  Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.

•  Identify and address usability and accessibility issues in collaboration with the team.

•  Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and project requirements.

•  Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design consistency and a seamless user experience

 

Requirements

•  Solid understanding of user interface and user experience design principles, especially for web and mobile applications.

•  Proficient in using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

•  Experience with prototyping and user testing to identify areas for improvement.

•  Extensive experience in UI/UX design for software products.

•  Strong problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on user-centered and design thinking.

•  Good understanding of accessibility standards and organizational design guidelines.

•  Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

 

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
