We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.
Principal responsibilities
• Collaborating with Product Analysts / Developer to create requisite acceptance criteria and ensure the acceptance tests reflect the desired functionality test cases as a senior QA.
• Participating in evaluation of functional and non-functional requirements for testability and suitability for automation testing.
• Designing, Scripting, Executing test automation scenarios and documenting test results in automation testing report.
• Increasing coverage of test automation packs and pass rate in testing cycle as advised by QA Lead.
• Participate in release activities and giving automation testing QA sign offs.
• Working collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary Agile team.
Requirements
• Deep knowledge and understanding of testing methodology.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• Working experience in Agile methodology / SAFe with ‘in-sprint’ automation.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience with test automation of backend/API Platform/ CICD Components.
• Ability to develop automation testing frameworks in Java, including API testing and upstream/downstream file testing. Capable of leading a team with innovative approaches in AI testing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, positive, and flexible with ability to work independently and team working globally.
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
