We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities

  • Analyse current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Design and implement workflow and automation solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
  • Define process controls, operating models, and documentation standards for automated workflows.
  • Build and support integrations between applications and services using APIs and enterprise data sources.
  • Use data and reporting to monitor process performance, identify issues, and support decision-making.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to plan, deliver, and support process transformation initiatives.
  • Provide technical guidance and review design decisions across project workstreams.

 

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of workflow design, process analysis, and automation principles.
  • Experience in Business Process Management (BPM), workflow orchestration, or similar process transformation work.
  • Ability to translate operational needs into clear technical requirements and solution designs.
  • Knowledge of Application Programming Interface (API) integrations and enterprise system connectivity.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills, including KPI tracking and trend analysis.
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business teams.
  • Ability to balance process improvement, delivery priorities, and governance requirements.
