We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Project Manager.

Principal responsibilities

Portfolio Flow & Technology Controls
•    Accountable for ensuring that the defined process for managing tickets through the workflow process is followed within the SVS.
•    Facilitate the prioritisation of Features within the SVS, ensuring input quality and consistency in the SVS Kanban board.
•    Act on and resolve SVS level LPM issues (e.g. Feature readiness issues, Feature size issues, taxonomy, data quality, controls).
•    Analyse complex data and work with SVS team to recommend areas of improvement to improve delivery flow.

Capacity Alignment & Agile Team Optimisation
•    Partner with the SVS leadership to ensure capacity is aligned to right-sized Agile pods as defined by WPB Agile TOM.
•    Partner with the SVS Tech Leads to optimise delivery structure and deliver end-to-end right-sized Features, minimizing dependencies. 

Taxonomy & Tooling
•    Drive standard use of taxonomy and uplift data quality within the SVS.
•    Drive the use of strategic tooling for flow management, prioritisation, sizing & estimation, continuous improvement, PI planning and other Lean-Agile practices.
•    Develop reporting for SVS Lean-Agile activities using strategic tooling and embedding it in SVS ways of operating.

 
Knowledge & Experience/Qualifications
•    Experience of Agile delivery methodologies
•    Previous experience of working & servicing globally distributed teams and understanding global issues
•    Strong Stakeholder management / Relationship Management [Mandatory]
•    Ability to work in a complex, matrix organisation with global virtual teams.
•    Change agent and evidence of process improvement in previous roles
•    Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills and ability to communicate with diverse audiences
•    Ability to work alone or as part of a team, as required
•    Good all round IT skills, particularly MS Office
•    Robust and resilient self-starter
