We are seeking an individual to join this team in the role of Receivables Finance (RF) Client Services Associate.
In this role you will:
- Accurately work syndicated offers within the documented timescales.
- Achieve quality targets and meet key deadlines are paramount in driving satisfaction from HSBC’s Partner Banks and Financial Institutions, internal and external customers.
- Proactively identify and communicate potential challenges to the appropriate teams for timely resolution.
- Take ownership of the daily tasks and work in conjunction with teams and stakeholders in other business areas to improve our service
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Previous experience of delivering an excellent customer service is essential with absolute commitment to always providing service quality.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your time effectively, work well under pressure and within tight timelines is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a prerequisite.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels, tailoring communication to meet the audience and message being delivered.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a can-do attitude and a team player.
- A knowledge of Microsoft Office applications would be preferable, but not essential.
*Please note: This role is based in Worthing. The successful applicant will be required to spend part of their working week at this location. Hybrid working is available, but the role holder will need to live within a commutable distance of the office location.
