We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Client Manager.
The Global Trade Soutions (GTS) Client Manager is responsible for providing an industry-leading sales experience for Tier 1, 2 & 3 GTS customers, supporting their end-to-end business needs and to encompass those clients that have both Receivables Finance (RF) & Trade facilities.
In this role you will:
- Proactively reviewing a dedicated portfolio of clients to drive revenue and maintain Client Experience outcomes
- Act as an escalation point for customers within their portfolio on issues that may extend beyond the local market
- Maintain business volume and reducing attrition by optimising pricing and structure, and driving facility utilisation
- Support the Relationship Manager with accurate preparation of documentation required for Trade & RF facilities
- Generate new business opportunities from portfolio and managing extant Sales to completion
- Generate and transfer larger/complex deals to appropriate team
- Support the Country Head of Client Management and Regional and Global teams on customer experience and initiatives
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Sound knowledge of Core Trade, Guarantees, Supply Chain and/or Receivables Finance
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication skills (in English and local language) and the ability to negotiate and influence others
- Ability to use strong judgement to identify and resolve problems whilst maintaining service performance
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise, multitask and work independently, as well as work collaboratively
- Ability to manage crises; making good and timely decisions in tough situations
- Experience of building effective networks and stakeholder management, developing relationships based on mutual trust and encouraging others to do the same
The base location for this role can be one of our main Trade hubs in the UK.
