To be successful in this role, you will serve as the client advocate in managing the HSBC global network to ensure client satisfaction. This will likely involve conducting quarterly reviews with the client, driving HSBC product and proposition deployment, understanding major client initiatives, their operating procedures, organization structures and needs in identifying and supporting the delivery of Commercial Card solutions.
As our Senior Program Optimization Consultant Commercial Cards, you will:
- Manage, design and execute program growth across a Commercial Card client portfolio
- Drive program retention and support the introduction of new products and solutions
- Collaborate across internal teams to deliver optimal outcomes for the organization and clients
- Lead quarterly business reviews with clients to assess performance, identify opportunities, and align strategic priorities
- Partner closely with Sales and Banking teams to identify and deliver cross-sell opportunities and support revenue expansion initiatives
You´ll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:
- Knowledge of commercial card products and trends is essential
- Client facing commercial cards consulting experience and be able to operate at the executive level across regions and global businesses, both internally at HSBC and with the client
- Experience in Commercial Card solution selling and fitting products and services against client business issues, with a focus on maximizing revenues
- Subject Matter Expertise in card processing systems as they relate to Commercial Cards and experience of leading and managing complex global projects in the cards industry is desirable
- Microsoft proficiency including Excel, for business and client analysis, as well as Word and PowerPoint for business and client reviews
- MBA, or bachelor’s in finance or accounting preferred, or equivalent experience in a Commercial Card environment
- Advanced problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills, time management, trusted team player, committed, and organizational skillsCommitment to working with global clients and participating in discussions across various time zones outside of normal working hours

The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
