The role of the Sales Associate is an exciting role in the GPS Sales Team based in Bermuda. The role will contribute to enhancing our client experience and is therefore looking for an enthusiastic individual to support the growth of our business domestically and internationalLY. The key focuses of the role are building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients in order to service and facilitate client sales requests with simple GPS solutions. The role will also involve in supporting Sales Managers with sales administrative requests.  

The role will include:  

  1. Working in a team supporting a portfolio of new and existing clients with GPS products and solutions 

  1. Provide support where necessary for the coordination of critical projects with relevant stakeholders within GPS such as Implementation of new solutions. 

  1. Ensure pricing & billing set up is clearly defined, communicated to the client (repricing, product renewals, new business setups etc) and stored in the client repository.  

  1. Responsible for review of monthly revenue analysis for defined client portfolio by preparing summaries/ forecasts and communicating findings to respective Sales Managers and investigate attrition where appropriate. 

  1. Be responsible for driving adhoc request such as, preparing, call reports,Statement of Works and presentation materials where necessary. 

  1. Support Senior Sales Manager with complex-sales opportunities and RFPs, which include prepping of sales deck and material to clients. 

  1. Accountable for day-to-day operational aspects of the client relationship dealing with Service and implementation issues being the voice of the client. 

  1. Working with key stakeholders including, but not limited to RMs, Product Development & Client Management to ensure a positive client experience. 

  1. Work with key stakeholders to provide input to the strategic direction of the business, the functionality and launch of new products and services. 

  1. Customer planning and monitoring/contact as part of the annual client planning process 

Knowledge and Qualifications 

  1. Relevant global payments solutions product knowledge (payments and cash management products and services/transaction banking) 

  1. Experience working directly with clients in delivering a service or solution 

  1. An innate desire to understand clients applying empathy 

  1. A track record and interest in utilizing technology and data to the benefit of a client experience 

  1. Proven experience of leading the delivery of an excellent customer service and proactively look for innovative ways to improve the service delivered to customers 

  1. Excellent written and spoken communication skills; an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences 

  1. Past working experience in a relevant role or knowledge of the Cash Management business 

  1. Proven ability in identifying and meeting customer needs through matching a broad range of products and services 

  1. Good level of business acumen and commercial awareness, including economic, cultural, procedural and regulatory issues 

  1. A comprehensive understanding of risk management and proven experience of ensuring own/others' compliance with relevant regulatory processes 

  1. Role relevant qualifications, i.e. Certificate of International Cash Management, ACT is desirable but not essential
