As our Premier Relationship Manager, you will: 

  • Manage and engage proactively with high-net-worth clients, anticipating their needs and being responsive in fulfilling their personal banking requirements
  • Ensure growth, acquisition and retention of affluent/premier customers, providing clients with holistic full-service banking and wealth management solutions
  • Meet the needs of a high net worth customer base, being flexible to meet with clients outside of the office as needed
  • Generate new business and manage business development initiatives

You´ll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:

  • Strong business development and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships
  • Professional designation in Investments, i.e. Series 7, Certified Securities Certificate or equivalent
  • Proven ability to meet the needs of clients in a customer driven environment along with the ability to deliver creative and flexible customer solutions
  • Preferred knowledge of consumer credit, specifically in mortgage applications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective negotiation skills
