This HR Delivery Services Partner provides support to colleagues, business stakeholders and HR Business Partners.   Provision of end-to-end onshore HR service delivery across the colleague lifecycle, supporting local People activity spanning Talent and Recruitment, Performance and Reward,, Learning and Benefits, while delivering to agreed service standards and timelines. You’ll manage HR case management and colleague query resolution through the HR phone line, case management system and shared mailbox, ensuring daily monitoring, timely responses, appropriate escalation and continuous improvement. The role also covers employee lifecycle and recruitment administration, including preparing and maintaining documentation for hires, transfers, promotions, terminations and work permits, supporting vacancy posting and closing, and retaining records in line with requirements. You’ll act as a local HR content, records and process owner—maintaining HR Direct knowledge articles, controlling HR electronic and paper records, and keeping local procedures current, compliant and aligned to Group standards and local privacy/retention obligations. In addition, you’ll support governance and operational resilience through eLeave/eTime administration and reporting, HR financial administration (invoices and payments), strong controls and audit readiness, business continuity planning, and coordination support for HR projects and change initiatives

Tasks and responsibilities of the job holder may include the following:

  • HR service delivery (onshore delivery services) supporting local People function activity across People Planning & Strategy, Talent, Recruitment, Performance & Reward, Employee Relations, Learning, Benefits, and audit support—ensuring service is delivered to agreed standards and timelines.
  • HR case management and query resolution, including day-to-day management of the HR phone line, the HR case management system, and the shared HR mailbox, ensuring responses are monitored and handled daily, escalations are managed, and service quality is continuously improved.
  • Employee lifecycle support and administration, including preparation, coordination, and maintenance of documentation for hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, work permits, and other colleague changes; meeting with employees where needed to ensure required forms are completed, signed, returned, and appropriately filed.
  • Recruitment administration support, including external posting and closing employment advertisements, and maintaining appropriate employment documentation in line with retention rules.
  • HR content owner responsibilities, including owning, writing and maintaining local HR Direct content/knowledge articles (and associated announcements/banners where applicable), ensuring content is accurate, recertified within required timeframes, aligned to Group standards, and improved based on colleague feedback and change impacts.
  • Document and records management ownership, maintaining effective control of HR electronic and paper records, including being accountable for document retention compliance and ensuring records are managed in line with global/local retention schedules and local privacy legislation requirements.
  • Local procedures and process ownership, ensuring local HR procedures are defined, documented, reviewed at least annually, kept up to date when policy/FIM/regulatory requirements change, and remain fit for purpose—while identifying opportunities to simplify and improve workflow.
  • Local eLeave/eTime system administration and governance, maintaining colleague/approver set-up, public holidays and leave entitlements; performing reporting and payroll validations; and producing required monthly/quarterly/annual reporting in line with local governance.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Role relevant qualifications, i.e.HR related qualification, is desirable but not essential
  • A desire to find ways to continually improve the service delivered to colleagues and people managers
  • Excellent organizational, critical thinking and problem-solving skills to handle a demanding and diverse workload
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills with experience of successfully influencing others, and winning over audiences with compelling and persuasive presentations
  • Basic knowledge of Bermuda Personal Information Privacy Act (PIPA) and Bermuda Employment Act

A track record of constantly looking for ways to do things better and an excellent understanding of the mechanism necessary to successfully implement change
