We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Technology Country / Region / Market Management
Role Purpose:
The Operations Engineering role is responsible for supporting the delivery of operational solutions and resolving issues, incidents, and service disruptions. This role is responsible for the continuity of the engineering infrastructure to ensure the operational efficiency of solutions for a Technology product or service.
This role will be responsible for carrying out all or some of the following activities:
Ensuring the operational stability, integrity, and availability of the products and services that the team supports.
Ensuring compliance with applicable service management standards and the presence of high-quality data in the service management systems of the registry, as well as compliance with all additional standards and controls where applicable.
Supporting the identification and resolution of all incidents associated with the IT service as established by the Operations Development team management.
Ensuring compliance with service resilience, service sustainability, and recovery time objectives for all delivered software solutions. Deliver engineering changes to the infrastructure, prioritizing the customer or user experience.
Develop and implement infrastructure changes that meet anticipated load, performance, availability, security, and resilience requirements.
Deliver infrastructure changes focused on automating the generation, testing, and processing of code across all environments to minimize variation and ensure high future quality of code and data.
Drive automation, continuous integration, and high availability through system monitoring and maintenance.
Establish a digital environment and automate processes to minimize variation and ensure high future quality of code and data.
Stay current and develop expert-level knowledge of relevant tools, technologies, and areas, such as cybersecurity, and regulations concerning data privacy, consent, data residency, and other related topics.
