- Role Purpose:The role is responsible to oversight sales performance, proposing and agreeing the improvement initiatives across IWPB and track successful achievement of agreed actions. This covers sales resource management, cost management, and strategy business execution.
- Job content:
- Provide oversight for sales performances and issues, with insightful strategic analysis / directions across IWPB
- Manage and coordinate sales strategies and growth initiatives by working with product and channel owners to determine key initiatives and co-ordinate implementation /governance as needed to achieve. This includes review business impacts, track progress /performance and results
- Monitor high quality sales strategic plan including development of sales journey/process, streamlining initiatives, sales business plans, targets and scorecards
- Liaise with stakeholders for governance and support for key regional committees and meetings
- Responsible for enabling sales teams with clear priorities, tools, and execution rhythm to ensure strategic initiatives are effectively and consistently delivered
- Drive a close relationship with product and segment teams to create the link between financial performances and targeted action plans
- Provide insight and engage with key stakeholders on sales journey, process, control and streamlining initiatives
- Work with key stakeholders on executing strategic planning initiatives, including support to frontline
- Build long-term relationships with all stakeholders and strategically influence and leverage the matrix organization to achieve business results
<Experience/Skills>
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required
- Poses retail banking & wealth management experience with strong communication, project management, strategic planning to support business growth
- Proven track record in leading and managing change, particularly given the organization’s continually evolving nature
- Excellent English language skills with strong commercial orientation
- Proactive and independent, displaying creativity and lateral thinking
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, required to establish good relationships with business users at sites and supporting unites
